STANDARD SHIPPING

Australia

IN THE SAC is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $300 within Australia.

For orders under $300, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply.

We work with third party couriers Direct Freight and Australia Post to ensure your order arrives to you quickly and safely.

 

International

We ship internationally via DHL for a flat fee of $89. Please note, local customs and duties fees may apply for some international orders.

 

Trade Shipping

A flat shipping fee of $35 AUD applies to all trade customer orders within Australia, excluding swatch card orders which are shipped free of charge.

For international trade customers, a flat shipping fee of $89 AUD applies to all orders, with a reduced flat fee of $35 AUD for swatch card orders.

 

 

Swatch Cards

We offer free shipping on swatch card orders within Australia. For international, a flat shipping rate of $35 applies.

 

ORDER TRACKING

All orders will receive a unique tracking number sent via shipping confirmation email. Progress of the delivery can be monitored using the tracking number and/or link in the email confirmation. All deliveries are made via registered courier and will require signature on delivery. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes, then the customer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.

 
RETURNS

IN THE SAC Guarantee 

We are proud of the workmanship and quality controls we have in place to make sure the products we are producing are of the highest standard. 
 
If you are not satisfied, ordered the wrong size or have had a change of mind we are happy to refund or exchange your full price or promotional purchase, providing the goods are returned to us unused and in their original condition within 28 days of purchase. 
 
Sale items, final sale items, or items purchased with a discount of 20% or more cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty.

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights

Applies to both Australian and international customers.


Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return request. Unless by prior arrangement, returns must be sent via Australia Post. We recommend using a registered or trackable postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.


Shipping and return costs associated with exchanges, change-of-mind purchases, or incorrectly ordered items are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.


Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt.
