Shipping & Returns
IN THE SAC is pleased to offer free delivery for all orders delivered within Australia. We work with third party couriers and Australia Post to ensure your order arrives to you quickly and safely.
We ship internationally via DHL. Delivery charges are covered by IN THE SAC, however local customs and duties may apply.
All orders will receive a unique tracking number sent via shipping confirmation email. Progress of the delivery can be monitored using the tracking number and/or link in the email confirmation. All deliveries are made via registered courier and will require signature on delivery. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes, then the customer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.
IN THE SAC Guarantee
We are proud of the workmanship and quality controls we have in place to make sure the products we are producing are of the highest standard. If you are not satisfied, ordered the wrong size or have a change of mind we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused and in their original condition within 28 days of purchase.
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights

To request a return please contact us at email@example.com.
Please include your name, order number and reason for return. Unless by prior arrangement returns will be accepted by Australia Post, and we recommend registered post as in the event the package is lost in transit we will not be liable. Return shipping costs for exchange or change of mind items are non-refundable.
After inspection of the goods, items will be credited to the purchasing credit card within 14 days of receipt.
